The simple reason is that we deal solely with promotional item distributors and don’t sell directly to the public. It is for this reason that you won’t find our phone number or direct email here. But have no fear, we do have ways to help you!
If you came upon our site and want more information about our products but are not a distributor, then CLICK HERE and fill out the contact form asking to be connected to a distributor near you. Is the price I see what I would pay?
Since we deal solely with promotional item distributors, the pricing you see is based on an industry scale. The pricing on our site is the suggested retail price and the final price is determined by your distributor.
How long does it take to make your products?
It really depends on the item. Everything we do is custom and starts with raw materials and we have various printing methods. But, on average, we can get an order done in 10-12 working days. We do have a quick ship option available, but you have to be sure to request it and let us know your in-hands date.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the item. It ranges between 100 or 250. There are some instances where we can produce less than minimum quantities, but a Distributor would need to contact us directly and it is determined on a case by case basis.
Do you offer any other products?
We have tried to put everything we make here on the site, but there is always a chance that we missed something! If you are looking for something that you don’t see here, or if you want something custom, let us know! We can let you know if we have it or if we can make it and then connect you with a Distributor.

Do you have templates for your products?
We do have templates available. Soon we will have an area for you to download them directly from this site. In the meantime, you can contact us through HERE and we will email you a PDF template for the product of your choosing.
What is the best file type to provide artwork in?
The best file type for provided artwork is some form of vector art. In other words, .pdf, .eps, or .ai.
How do I get a sample to my customer?
To order a sample, simply go to the product that you would like a sample of and click on the “Additional Info” tab. There you will find a link to request a sample, download a PDF, or request more information.
How do I become a Featured Distributor?
We want to feature a Distributor a month and write an article about you. This article would include a little about you and your company as well as the strengths and benefits you bring to your customers.
